Rohit Parmar

Ashtanga & Yin

Rohit Parmar is an experienced yoga teacher with 8 years of teaching experience and 10 years of personal practice. With a Bachelor’s degree in Yoga, his approach combines traditional yogic knowledge with practical, mindful movement to help students develop strength, flexibility, awareness, and inner balance.

His teaching journey has taken him across India and Bali, where he has worked with students from different backgrounds and levels of experience. He specializes in Ashtanga Vinyasa Flow, Hatha Yoga, Yin Yoga, Pranayama, Meditation, and therapeutic yoga practices.

For Rohit, yoga is more than physical postures. He believes that yoga is a way of living—a practice that teaches us how to become more aware of our body, breath, thoughts, emotions, and actions.

His classes are designed to create a balance between discipline and softness, strength and flexibility, effort and surrender. Whether you are completely new to yoga or an experienced practitioner, his intention is to create a supportive environment where every student can explore their own practice.

“Yoga is not about becoming someone else. It is about coming back to yourself.”

Through his teaching, Rohit aims to share the deeper essence of yoga while helping students build a sustainable practice that they can carry beyond the yoga mat.

Practice. Breathe. Transform.
